This FR Pipe Wrap is a fire-rated solution designed to maintain the integrity of walls and floors when penetrated by plastic pipes, conduits, or metal pipes with combustible insulation. When exposed to fire, the intumescent material expands to seal gaps left by softened or burned pipes, effectively containing fire spread. It's easy to install, compatible with common fire-rated sealants or boards, and suitable for a range of wall and floor types.

- Suitable for plastic pipe sizes up to Ø315mm
- Also suitable for metal pipes with combustible insulation
- Can be used for plastic conduits containing cables
- Supplied pre-formed to fit standard pipe diameters
- Fire resistance up to 240 minutes (integrity and insulation)
- Certified for PVC-U, PVC-C, PE, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, ABS, SAN+PVC, and PP
- Tested and approved for U/U pipe end configurations
- Simple installation in fire-rated boards or fire-resistant mortar

Installation & Maintenance:
- Designed for use in drywall, masonry, or concrete walls and concrete floors
- Installs fully around the pipe or insulation using a self-adhesive tab
- Surrounding gaps should be sealed using approved fire-rated boards or mortar
- Fire seals should be inspected and maintained at least every 12 months
- Refer to industry guidelines such as ASFP TGD 17 for ongoing compliance

- Products must be installed by competent, trained professionals
- Designers and installers should follow CDM regulations and risk assessments
- Proper planning and coordination are recommended to ensure effective fire stopping
