The Schlegel Aquamac 21 (QL3009) is a high-performance foam flipper weatherseal engineered for timber windows and doors. It delivers exceptional draught, moisture, and sound sealing by compressing into rebate gaps, then springing back to its original shape thanks to its durable polyurethane foam core.
- Excellent memory and compression recovery; resists compression set
- Seals rebate gaps from 4mm to 7.5mm (groove: 2.7–3.0mm wide, 6mm deep; rebate depth 11mm)
- Durable polyethylene outer skin resists UV, paint, stains, mould, and ozone
- Provides strong thermal and acoustic insulation; C2C Bronze certified
- Easy push-fit into kerf slots with no fixings or adhesives
- Colour options: White, Brown/Bronze, Black (others on request)
Each Schlegel Qlon profile is engineered for specific groove sizes and compression ranges, ideal for timber, aluminium, or uPVC doors and windows. All variants are sold in 100m continuous coils and available in multiple colours.
