Astro Strip TB is a premium fire and cold smoke seal designed for high-traffic environments where extra smoke containment is required. With a twin-blade design, this seal offers enhanced protection and long-lasting performance for timber fire doorsets.

- Certified for both fire and cold smoke protection
- Dual smoke blades for increased smoke control effectiveness
- Tested to BS 476 Part 22 and BS EN 1634-3
- Suitable for FD30 and FD60 rated timber doors

Construction:
- High-performance thermoplastic intumescent core
- PVC casing with integrated twin-blade smoke seal
- Expands rapidly under heat to seal the gap and block flames and smoke

- 30-minute protection:
- 10mm x 4mm x 2100mm – Twin Blade (AF1004 TB)
- 15mm x 4mm x 2100mm – Twin Blade (AF1504 TB)
- 60-minute protection:
- 20mm x 4mm x 2100mm – Twin Blade (AF2004 TB)
Installation:
- Self-adhesive backing for easy installation
- Designed for surface-mounted or rebate applications
- Ideal for both new build and retrofit fire door upgrades
Applications:
- Recommended for residential, commercial, and public buildings
- Especially effective in environments with strict smoke containment requirements
